Writing Week 4

                           
                             This Week Room 12 have been writing about this picture.
                             Miss Barry said for us to imagine we're there. First we thought
                             of three words for what we would be thinking if we were there.
                             The next day we would make up 3 sentences out of one of the
                             3 words and then we would turn the 3 sentences  into 3 paragraphs
                             the day after that.

Maths Week 3

                   This week group 2 has been solving different Maths Problems using strategies. Some

                    problem and strategies were hard and some weren't. Some  problems and strategies were                     confusing and some weren't. Well all I know is group 2 solved most of the problems and                     strategies , we tried hard this week. Since we went through all that work. We learn't                             something.

                   

Maths week 2

Math's

Mrs Barry had given us a big chart full of hard and challenging work.We had to finish at least 7 kinds of work a week.

Well this week I have finished these 7 activity:

• Fundraising
• Planting with Wanahu 
• High flyers
• Times up
• Six shooters
• Dicey Dibbles
• Division with remainders

And now i'm confident solving division.

Math's

Maths          Date: 20/3/15

Every day, every morning before the bell rings for morning tea. We have Math’s. We do maths in group’s, at the moment I am in group 2 (Not every good), But I can work harder and my Teacher ( Miss Barry) will give me more harder and challenging Math. To reach a higher level.

Miss Barry has given us Division , what an odd number is and what it’s not. We have been learning how many tens, and hundreds are in numbers up to thousands, equation and other kinds of Maths.

At the moment i'm learning about what’s odd and what its not and I will tell you how I know now:

My teacher teached and explained to me what, how and why and now I know a lot about what odd and what's not. Here I will tell you what’s an odd number and what an even number.

                        What’s an odd number:

An odd number is a number that cannot half fully like 1, 3, 5, 7,9,49,53 and 71.

What is an even number:

An even number is a number you can half  fully like 2,4,6,8,10,64,82 and 44

It is week 7 and I hope you like my first blog.

Why we tie our shoelaces

Why we tie our shoelaces                                       26th August 2014

Shoelaces were invented ,so we can wear shoe properly and safely and we can also stick our shoelace in our shoes firmly.

Each shoe has one long lace on the top of the shoe.They are safe when you tie them because you will not fall over or crash into someone.

The shoelace does not change or move,It is always still and it looks the same as the last time you see it.

It is always stuck on you shoes and it goes through lots of small holes in your shoes.

Shoelaces help your shoes nice and tight so when you cross the road and your shoe falls off your feet then you have to fetch it  and you might get hit, that what of happed if you had no shoes laces on unless you have no lace shoes.

Jump Jam

Why do we do Jump Jam DATE: 17 October 2014

Jump jam is fitness.We dance to the music everyday and have fun.

We have jump jam, So we can get fit and healthy.You have to do jump jam for at least an hour a day.

We have fun doing jump jam because some moves are funny and cool.The other move are hard for people to do,We just have fun exsering.

We do jump jam by doing certain moves to the music.You can also sing with the music,If you can’t dance to music you can just listen and watch someone dance and you might be able to do the dance moves the next day.

Glen Innes has been doing Jump jam for many years and Glen Innes school is happy that someone invented Jump Jam.

My Pet advert

Hello I am a red nose pitbull.I live on the streets alone and I am waiting for someone  to gently pick me up and take me home with them but know one would gently pick me up because of my sharp teeth but I was just smiling and because I eat from the trash but I just had no  normal food because on one would give me food and no one would frow normal food in the trash.Sometimes I imagined how and what it will feel like if I had a home.Would I wear clothing  or will I be a sport dog or I even might be a police dog ,I wonder.One winter night I saw a little boy , a boy freezing  and crying, So I went to the little boy and the little boy told me his feelings and what happened.I replied sorry but the little boy did not understand me because I speaked wolf and then  he told me his name and his name was jon and so I  let him in my small house I found and it was a box ,but there was not enough space so I went to sleep out of the box.The next morning  Jon mother and father found Jon in the little box and found me as his guard and they called Jon Jon wake up there is a red nose pitbull in front of you and then Jon woke up with a surprise and told his parents what happened last night and then they gently picked me up and took me to my new house and I became a super dog and they named me Honey.So from then I had a new life ahead of me.
